I've done what Adam advised when using the Internet.
To lead with my skills, knowledge and to be down to earth in how I share the knowledge and experience to help organisations.
To share and reveal what I'm experiencing, what problems have been faced and how we as an organisation and team solved them.
One of the challenges many organisations are going through is the lack of cashflow. Relying on funding can be a hard long road but there's other methods that filling forms to get funding.We can generate our own cash by using the skills we all have.
While sitting with Adam Taha once every week, I realised why he’s in the elite stage.
His decoy blog which is blogger is where he’s just using to update me and others that know him. His official website will be launched but not everyone will have access to his university. He's real, down to earth, happy and always smiling kind of guy.
Most of all, he can explain what is needed and he has the technical knowledge too.
It's here where he showed me about what to provide for our targeted audience and to filter out any who are not really wanting solutions, and not our target audience.
Then he revealed to me the sales funnel and how to generate cash using our passion, our teams skills and expertise.
From Where to produce the product without upfront money. The process from the the moment the customer sees the product, to the point of upsell and conversions of sales.
Every detail and kept asking, "You get? Ask I don't move too fast for you," then gives out a loud bellowing laugh. That's Adam.
Adam Taha also revealed why the cashflow challenge we have had has to be solved from day one or we'll have major problems in the funding. Again can change with funding.
So we have to be creating, gain the knowledge and skill to get this done.
In mentoring, he he showed me the steps of what I’ve learnt to be called a Sales Funnel.
Breaking it down in detail and the process at his house.
I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It was just amazing to see the plan come together. There's still a lot of work to do but I understood each component.
Where each one was leading and they are there. How they lead to another and to our own membership website. To how I don't need to worry about saturation and competition.
And revealed why, how to overcome it and what it needs.
What I saw was a £30,000 Marketing system, with products of our own, which were from the content I emailed to him a while back.
I was wondering why he wanted the knowledge I had on developing organnisations, funding, coaching football to sponsorship. Well, now I know. They've become information products!
By the time the meeting ended and seeing everything, I knew where to start, how to start, what to do next.
It was very crystal clear.
Even to what I need to now, what books to read, what training I need. And from this alone, I gained a higher level of belief for the future of our organisation and in myself.
There’s still much work to do but the work he’s provided for Football Between Communities is over £30,000 +. It's the mentoring that gets you. He's very detailed, neat and plans way ahead.
Which helps because I too do not like unprofessionalism.
Obviously I cannot show everything because much is secret work, but I can at least I've showed how we’ll be creating solutions, that solves problems and generate finances to sustain our projects.
